Time for A New Article! And A Shameless Plug

Wow, it has been quite awhile since the last time I was on here. Sorry about that. Here is what happened...

January 2009, I started working at a financial company as an Assistant to two top producers of the firm. They took up a lot of my time. I would go into work at 8:30 in the morning and come home around 8:00 in the evening or later. Then I would have some chores around the house to do and my dog needs a lot of attention. Then I wanted to spend time with my husband and go to sleep. There was just no time or energy left for me to turn on my computer, check all my email, and update HubPages or any of the other sites I contribute to.

Unfortunately, after all the hard work I did during all of those hours, the bosses decided they didn't want to or couldn't afford to pay me and the other Assistant. I feel bad for her because she is now doing all the work she was doing plus all the work I was doing. I can only imagine how many hours she puts in each day now.

I am in the process of starting a new job, but it will not be as demanding, so I should have time to post a new Hub at least once a week or so. I really hope to start making some money online and not have to worry so much if I ever get laid off again.
