Living Well Part I
61Eating Well
Eating well is important to me and I try to make it part of my life. I was reading an article in Womens Health magazine about some healthy foods and I wanted to share them with the readers here on HubPages.
The 12 foods that are natural fat burners and should be incorporated into everyone's diet include:
Almonds (and other nuts)
Beans (and other legumes)
Spinach (and other green vegetables)
Dairy (nonfat or low fat)
Instant oatmeal (unsweetened, unflavored)
Eggs
Turkey (and other lean meats)
Peanut Butter
Olive oil
Whole Grains (breads and cereals)
Extra-Protein Powder (whey)
Raspberries (and other berries)
The first letter of each food's name spells out Abs Diet Power!
What Should I Eat?
Living Well
Another important aspect of living well is taking care of body mind and heart. Yoga or Pilate's are important along with exercise and staying active. Taking the dog for a walk or doing simple wall push ups (where you lean against a wall instead of laying on the floor) are also easy ways to stay active and help you loose weight.
And remember, drink lots of water. Coffee is not as bad for you as people used to think. There are only a few calories in each cup and caffeine might actually help memory retention. Caffeine also speeds up matabolism, which helps digest food quicker. I like to add Instant Breakfast to my coffee. To see how, follow this link: http://www.ehow.com/how_4527157_more-coffee.html

Eating well is important to living well. Other than my morning coffee, I don't always feel like eating food in the morning so I was happy to read about adding instant breakfast to your coffee and the link you left. Great Idea. Nice Hub. Thank you.
